Add a few drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water to diffuse the fragrance.
Tie a few strips of paper to the air vent of an air conditioner, and add a few drops of essential oil to the strips to regulate indoor air quality.
In winter, soak cotton balls in essential oil and place them in areas with heating to release the fragrance.
Common diffuser tools: aromatherapy diffuser, humidifier, aromatherapy burner, etc.

👃 Inhalation
Inhalation Method 1: Add 1-3 drops of essential oil to a basin or large bowl of boiling water.
Cover your head and the basin with a towel, and breathe in alternately through your mouth and nose for 5-10 minutes.
Keep your eyes closed during this process to prevent the essential oil vapor from irritating your eyes.
Note: Do not use this method if you have sensitive skin.
Inhalation Method 2: Put 1-2 drops of essential oil in your palm or on a tissue and inhale.

💉 Applying:Apply pure essential oil directly to the affected area using a cotton swab. (Only lavender and tea tree essential oils can be applied directly.)
For toothache, apply 1-2 drops of tea tree essential oil to the painful area with a cotton swab and bite down for a while.
Dilute single essential oils with a carrier oil or cream and apply to the skin.

💧 Compress:Add up to 6 drops of essential oil to a basin of water. Soak cotton gauze, towels, or other cloths in the water, wring them out, and apply to the affected area.
Cover the compress with a dry towel to prolong the warming time.
Repeat this process until the compress temperature is close to body temperature. Compresses can be cold or hot. Cold compresses are suitable for cooling and reducing swelling, while hot compresses are suitable for relieving pain, menstrual cramps, rheumatism, and arthritis.
