China Chinese Herb Oil Ginseng Essential Oil
Introduction of Ginseng Essential Oil
Ginseng essential oil is a concentrated active ingredient extracted from ginseng roots, primarily containing ginsenosides, volatile oils, and various trace elements. Its effects are concentrated in anti-oxidation, promoting blood circulation, soothing the skin, and regulating bodily functions. It is often used to help improve fatigue, enhance skin condition, and boost immunity.
Specific Effects and Uses:
Anti-oxidation and Anti-aging: Ginsenosides and polyphenols in ginseng essential oil can scavenge free radicals, inhibit oxidative stress, help delay skin and cell aging, and reduce fine lines and dullness.
Promoting Blood Circulation and Enhancing Vitality: Through local massage or aromatherapy, its volatile oil components can dilate capillaries, improve local blood supply, relieve cold hands and feet, and improve complexion, while also helping to refresh the mind.
Soothing and Repairing Skin: Ginseng essential oil has certain anti-inflammatory and repairing effects. It can be diluted and used on sensitive or damaged skin (such as dryness and redness) to promote barrier recovery, but an allergy test should be performed beforehand.
Relieving Fatigue and Stress: Ginseng's unique aroma regulates the nervous system through the sense of smell, helping to relieve anxiety and insomnia, and improve decreased concentration or low mood caused by fatigue.
Boosting Immunity: Some studies suggest that the active ingredients in ginseng essential oil may enhance the body's defense against external pathogens by regulating immune cell function; however, long-term and appropriate use is necessary.
Precautions: Dilute with a carrier oil (such as jojoba oil or olive oil) to 1%-3% before external use and perform a skin test.
Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and patients with serious chronic diseases should consult a doctor before use.
Attention:
Avoid direct oral ingestion. If internal use is necessary, it must be under the guidance of a professional aromatherapist or physician.
